It's been a long haul hasn't it? So, it looks like I will be doing some live things again: a private retreat, and then some Advent/Christmas shows. I'm not done yet! Stay tuned.

Dec. 1st, 2021

I have decided not to offer any Advent/Christmas concerts again this year, as the COVID-19 realities continue to make this a bit more of a hassle than I'm willing to deal with. Sorry about that, and thanks to the fans who keep asking! I sure do hope to be able to do some performing in 2022, but, I will keep you posted. Have a blessed Advent and Christmas!

I have been doing a few private on-line things during the pandemic: concerts, worship leading, preaching, and teaching. It's not much, but, it keeps me tuned in somewhat to the world outside Guelph. You can find more current examples of what I'm thinking and doing over at my church's web-site: https://www.tworiverschurch.ca/trc-blog
Peace to you all as we hunker down and try to wait well.

For some reason it seems 'Our Great High Priest' from the 'By Faint Degrees' album has had renewed interest! Ascension Sunday? I don't know, but, sadly the album is no longer in print. However, like all of my music, you can purchase and/or stream from Apple Music, Spotify, CD Baby, etc. So, please avail yourself and enjoy!

Well here we are in this unexpected life, making and sharing music from our basements and living rooms. Doesn't it make you miss the joy of sitting close to friends and sharing someone's musical artistry and giving them energy back in a crowded room (or in the case of many of my concerts modestly attended rooms)? I certainly miss it. But here we are. What might we learn from all of this? The good news is that I'm writing some poetry and hoping some songs will also flow out of that same stream. We'll see. In the meantime, try to be patient and kind with yourself and others!
